Our goal is to provide a supportive environment for individuals to explore their mental health. One way we can do this is by keeping therapy costs low.

We offer affordable, low-cost therapy options starting at $50 +HST per appointment to eligible individuals.

Eligibility
How does it work?
Individuals must complete an application for therapy at a reduced rate. Based on this application, a sliding scale is used to determine the rate of therapy.
​
Successful applicants are given up to 8 sessions at a reduced rate. After this time, client's can reapply for therapy at a reduced rate.
​
An allotted number of sessions are reserved for clients in our Affordable Therapy Program. Once the cap is reached, a waitlist is formed.
