Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?Receipts are provided to each client for insurance and tax purposes.

What forms of payment do you accept?Accepted forms of payment include e-transfer, cash and credit card. Please note: credit card payments will be charged a $5 processing fee.

Will my insurance cover psychotherapy?More and more insurance companies are providing coverage for psychotherapy! Please review your insurance package & look for coverage for a "Registered Psychotherapist" or "RP". If you have any questions, contact your insurance company.

Do you offer therapy at a reduced rate?Yes! We provide therapy at a reduced rate. A limited number of spots are available for subsidized clients. Individuals must complete the affordable therapy application and a sliding scale will be applied to determine the session rate.
